MESA Conquers ANUGA 2025!

The MESA – European Islands for Sustainable Agriculture project proudly participated in ANUGA 2025, the world’s leading Food & Beverage trade fair, which this year hosted over 8,000 exhibitors and more than 140,000 visitors from across the globe.

With a 120 m² stand in the Fine Food section, MESA presented the authentic and sustainable flavours of Sardinia, Crete, and the Balearic Islands, under the inspiring slogan:
“European Islands for Sustainable Agriculture – When sustainability meets taste!”

Thousands of visitors explored and tasted the gastronomic excellence of 30 agri-food companies from the three islands, appreciating their quality, authenticity, and cultural value. Highlights included show cooking sessions, a press conference, and B2B meetings, creating meaningful opportunities for new collaborations.
